IMPORTANT INFORMATION ENSURE YOU READ! NOTE in accordance with Queensland Government regulations food and/or drink is NOT PERMITTED in the vehicle; NOTE requests to collect or drop off keys will be refused; NOTE payment received for a booking request deemed by Coral Sea Coaches as invalid will be liable for all PayPal fees and charges; Those required to pay a surcharge for transfers before 07:00 will be advised by email.    Should we not receive a reply to this email within the time period stated, we will simply cancel the booking request and refund monies paid less PayPal fees and charges; Departure of the shuttle from Cairns Airport will be as soon as possible and often earlier then scheduled.   It is essential your mobile is turned on upon arrival at Cairns Airport; Bookings should be made at least 12 hours prior to time of travel and/or arriving at Cairns Airport.   Bookings received less than 12 hours prior to time of travel and/or flight arrival time will be accommodated on the next available shuttle and/or cancelled, cancellation fee can apply; Bookings for travel on a shuttle between 04:00 and 08:00 must be made at least 18 hours prior to required shuttle transfer time; Shuttle bus times provided as a guide.   We reserve the right to vary times as required and without notice; Should your arrival flight be delayed we will move you to the next available shuttle; Should your arrival flight be delayed and scheduled arrival is at or after 17:30, you will miss the last shuttle from Cairns Airport (17:45).   Your booking will be cancelled and less Paypal fees and charges or your booking will be amended to a one way transfer to Cairns Airport on the one way rate; Changes to transfer times will be advised by email, SMS message or call to mobile; Failure to be ready to depart at the scheduled pickup time can result in the vehicle leaving without you and the travel will be forfeited; It is essential that you are at the pickup location ready to go at least 10 minutes prior to the pickup time; Should the vehicle be delayed and arrival at Cairns Airport is after your flight has closed we are not responsible for any financial or material losses which may be incurred.   Delay maybe due but not limited to accidents in which the vehicle is directly or not directly involved, delays caused by road closures, road works, weather, traffic and/or other passengers; Surcharge may apply to transfers requiring travel before 07:00.   The minimum price for travel to/from Northern Beaches $60, Cairns CBD $30 & Cairns Suburbs, Holloways Beach and White Rock $55 - i.e. one passenger from Palm Cove $60, two passengers from Palm Cove $60; Child restraints/seats are not required by law nor can they be accommodated for shuttle/seat-in-coach bookings. For further information about bookings with (child restraints/seats click here); Luggage restrictions/limitations apply to ALL bookings.  If you have excess and/or oversized luggage, additional fees will apply (luggage conditions and fees).  Failure to advise Coral Sea Coaches 48 hours prior to time of travel of additional items can result in the carriage of the said items being declined.  Oversized and excess luggage can include but not limited to babycots, prams, surfboards, fishing rods, golf bags and bike bags/boxes; NOTE to board the shuttle bus you need the Booking Confirmation email.  When you book you will receive 2 EMAILS, first one from PayPal is your receipt (not required to board bus), the second and most important is the Booking Confirmation email.  This email is required to board the shuttle bus, so either print the email or be able to access via your phone before you arrive in Cairns.  If Booking Confirmation email is not received within 12 hours, email us and we will forward it on again, however ensure you also check in the junk/spam folder first; and NOTE - we do not reconfirm bookings, so either print the email to take with you or ensure you will be able to access the CONFIRMATION EMAIL BEFORE you travel.    SHUTTLE SERVICE TIMES Coral Sea Coaches hours of operation on 25 December will be between AEST 04:00 and 16:00; Coral Sea Coaches hours of operation on 31 December will be between AEST 04:00 and 16:00; Coral Sea Coaches does not operate any shuttles on 01 January; and Last shuttle from Cairns Airport to:- Northern Beaches departs at 17:45; Cairns CBD departs at 17:45; Private charters maybe available on request after these times additional charges apply.
