Cancellations
Coral Sea Coaches understands that your situation may change and will endeavour to accommodate changes, but Coral Sea Coaches has sole discretion and no obligation to change. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing either by email booking@coralseacoaches.com or SMS message to 0417 642 943.

Cancellation policy

1. WebSaver Bookings are non-refundable, regardless of when notification of cancellation is received; and/or
2. Notification of cancellation received for return bookings when the initial schedule transfer has been completed or the passenger/s fail to board at the scheduled initial transfer time, a cancellation fee of the total transfer cost will apply; and/or
3. Last Minute Bookings are non-refundable and/or non-changeable, regardless of when notification of cancellation and/or change/amendment is received.
