Choose transfer times carefully, we recommend allow minimum 20 to 30 minutes to disembark and collect luggage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ENSURE YOU READ!

  • NOTE in accordance with Queensland Government regulations food and/or drink is NOT PERMITTED in the vehicle;
  • NOTE requests to collect or drop off keys will be refused;
  • Changes to drop off/pickup locations for a return booking will incur a minimum AUD$25.00 administrative fee as well as additional charges for different surburbs/locations;
  • NOTE payments received for booking requests deemed by Coral Sea Coaches as invalid will be liable for all PayPal fees and charges;
  • When choosing the transfer time for travel from Cairns Airport, ensure you allow sufficient time to get to the meeting point AND collect your luggage (Domestic 20 to 30 minutes and International 45 to 60 minutes).    The vehicle will have other passengers, therefore it often cannot wait and you will forfeit your transfer;
  • The shuttle bus can and may depart earlier than scheduled if possible i.e. 15:45 shuttle may depart at 14:45;
  • Port Douglas transfers on this rate are ONLY AVAILABLE for return bookings and at listed times;
  • Stated rates are not per passenger, but total cost for number of passengers i.e. 2 passengers total cost $150.00;
  • Maximum 8 passengers per bookings, multiple bookings with same or similar details can be deemed invalid and/or one or more passengers can be moved to the next available shuttle;
  • Please understand passenger numbers are limited to allow families and/or friends to travel in the same vehicle. Please email us for a quote for bookings with more than 8 passengers;
  • Bookings for travel on 05:45 shuttle must be made at least 18 hours prior to shuttle transfer time;
  • Bookings for travel on 09:45, 12:45 and 15:45 shuttle must be made at least 12 hours prior to requested shuttle transfer time or prior to arriving at Cairns Airport;
  • Shuttle bus times provided as a guide.    We reserve the right to vary times as required and without notice;
  • Departure of the shuttle from Cairns Airport will be as soon as possible and often earlier then scheduled.    It is essential your mobile is turned on upon arrival at Cairns Airport;
  • Should your arrival flight be delayed we will move you to the next available shuttle to Port Douglas. The last shuttle to Port Douglas is 15:45;
  • Failure to be ready to depart at the scheduled transfer time can result in the vehicle leaving without you;
  • Should your arrival flight be delayed and scheduled arrival is at or after 15:35, you will miss the last shuttle to Port Douglas on this rate.  ;
  • Should your arrival flight be delayed and scheduled arrival is at or after 15:35, you will miss the last shuttle to Port Douglas (15:45).    Your booking will be amended to a oneway transfer from Port Douglas to Cairns Airport at our standard Port Douglas oneway private transfer rate;
  • Failure to be ready to depart at the scheduled transfer time can result in the vehicle leaving without you;
  • Travel time to the Cairns Airport can range between 70 to 120 minutes;
  • It is essential that you are at the pickup location ready to go at least 10 minutes prior to the return time;
  • Should the vehicle be delayed and arrival at Cairns Airport is after your flight has closed we are not responsible for any financial or material losses which may be incurred.    Delay maybe due but not limited to accidents in which the vehicle is directly or not directly involved, delays caused by road closures, road works, weather, traffic and/or other passengers;
  • NOTE to board the shuttle bus you need the Booking Confirmation email. When you book you will receive 2 EMAILS, first one from PayPal is your receipt (not required to board bus), the second and most important is the Booking Confirmation email.    This email is required to board the shuttle bus, so either print the email or be able to access via your phone before you arrive in Cairns.    If Booking Confirmation email is not received within 12 hours, email us and we will forward it on again, however ensure you also check in the junk/spam folder first;
  • Child restraints/seats are not required by law nor can they be accommodated for shuttle/seat-in-coach bookings. For further information about bookings with (child restraints/seats click here);
  • Luggage restrictions/limitations apply to bookings.    If you have excess and/or oversized luggage, additional fees will apply (luggage conditions and fees). Failure to advise Coral Sea Coaches 48 hours prior to time of travel of additional items can result in the carriage of the said items being declined. Oversized and excess luggage can include but not limited to babycots, prams, surfboards, fishing rods, golf bags and bike bags/boxes; and
  • NOTE - we do not reconfirm bookings nor provide transfer times over the phone, so either print the email to take with you or ensure you will be able to access (i.e. on phone) the CONFIRMATION EMAIL BEFORE you travel.
