Pick up and/or drop off from/to Cairns International Terminal will incur an additional charge of $5.00 one way and $10.00 return. The charge will be payable prior to travel.

WebSaver Booking Conditions

NOTE in accordance with Queensland Government regulations food and/or drink is NOT PERMITTED in the vehicle;
Stated prices are not per passenger, but total cost for number of passengers i.e. 4 passengers total cost $45.00;
WebSaver booking terms and conditions apply to all bookings. WebSaver terms and conditions are as stated in General Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you read the General Terms and Conditions before you make and pay for a booking;
Cancellation Policy is as stated in General Terms and Conditions;
WebSaver Bookings are non-refundable, regardless of when notification of cancellation is received;
Pickup times are provided only as a guide, can vary by 10 to 15 minutes, subject to change as required and without notice - Shuttle Bus Timetable;
It is essential that you are at the pickup location ready to go at least 10 minutes prior to the pickup time;
Failure to be ready to depart at the scheduled pickup time can result in the vehicle leaving without you;
SHUTTLE SERVICE TIMES - Private transfer available outside these times

Once you make and pay for a booking you will receive TWO EMAILS, first one from PayPal is your receipt, the second and most important is the Booking Confirmation email will be sent within 12 hours. NOTE this email is required to board the shuttle bus. If Booking Confirmation email is not received within 12 hours, please email us and we will reissue, however ensure you also check in the junk/spam folder first; and
NOTE requests to collect or drop off keys will be refused.
